Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
i had a picture of myself when i was 17. the realse for this photo was signed by my mother and it stated that they would only be used in all american guys web site only. Now i have found the same photo in a gay magazine that is all over the world. do i have a case ? For illegal use of my image? and because its a picture of me when i was 17

I think that the original release would need to be seen. It's not so much about what you think they said, but what is actually on the paper that was signed. Let me know if you would like for me to review it for you.
