Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
pictures of a minor
Hello,
Back in 2007 my children were photgraphed my a photographer. I recently went on his website and saw that he posted a picture of my then 9 year old daughter without my knowledge or concent. He is also selling this picture online. I didn't sign anything to authorize this nor was I informed. What are my legal rights??
Thank you for your time.

The photographer can not legally use the photo without your authorization. This is considered a invasion of privacy. There are procedures to stop this activity. I can assist you with this matter. You may call my law office in Orlando.
