Re: pills

you CAN get in trouble, especially if the person that you "allegedly" sold the pills to was a confidential informant working with/for the police. unfortunately, these pill cases have very strict penalties if they fall into the Trafficking range... which is pretty easy. If its over 4 grams of Oxycodone, you may be looking at a 3 year minimum/mandatory prison sentence.

My office handles lots of these cases. If you have any specific questions, I would be more than happy to provide you with a free consultation (in person or by phone).

Re: pills

You absolutely can get in trouble, and in fact you can get into very serious trouble. Trafficking in narcotics carries very stiff mandatory sentences which depend on the amount of drugs trafficked.

If you have a valid prescription with a certain dosage, the police will likely be able to tell how many pills you should have left on any given day. If there are pills missing and you cannot account for them, that may be evidence which could be used against you.

It is important that you talk to no one. Not the police, not your best friend, not your parents, no one. If you are under suspicion of trafficking or distributing oxycodone, you need a lawyer.

Please feel free to contact me if you would like to discuss this matter further.
