Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I plan on joining the military next and I wanted to know will a stet docket I had from Maryland in 2005 prevent me from getting a security clearance from the U.S. Marines? The stet docket was only for one year if I didn't get into any trouble and I didn't. I was my first offense and I was not convicted.

Florida does not have a stet docket and frankly I never heard of that. You need to post your question for a Maryland attorney.
