plea bargain

my lawyer is pushing me to accept a plea when he does not have all of the evidence or at least has not reviewed it with me. Shouldn't I be able to review all the evidence against me with him?

Yes, you should be allowed to review all written evidence or listen to any audio. But if you attorney is partly relying on his discussions with witnesses, then you need to listen to him.
