Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
plea bargins
If was charged with three counts of a crime, then it went to two charges. Then a plea bargin was offered and your took it, now on my record the felony still shows up along with the two Misdemeanors you now have on your record. Can the felony charge that you were charged with at first be removed if you accepted the plea bargin??

I assume the arrest shows for felony? You can seal one arrest in a lifetime, if adj was withheld
