Can you get a plea deal changed after excepting one

Yes and no. It is possible to withdraw a person's plea of guilty or no contest, but it is very difficult to convince a judge to do it. If you do get your plea withdrawn, the case is back at square one and you are facing the trial. Could the prosecutor offer you a new deal? Sure, it's possible, but it's also unlikely that the prosecutor would offer you a better deal.
