Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

If I took a plea deal. The legal counsel lied about the outcome. Its been almost 2 years. Should I put in for a 3.850 motion or try to get my record sealed or exsponged even though it is a long shot to work? My charges are battery & stalking.

First, domestic battery or stalking are charges that are not eligible to be sealed or expunged. As far as the 3.850, you need to contact an attorney immediately as there are strict time limits in filing those.
