Can a plea be withdrawn if you sign the papers but haven't been sentenced yet?

There's always exceptions to the rule, but the rule is that once you sign, or even orally agree to a plea bargain, you have to accept it. About the only exception I can think of is where the prosecutor did something illegal, but not just because you have remorse for accepting a deal. Talk to your attorney right away before you are sentenced.
