Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Hello, I plead no contest to a misdemeanor sexual assault in the 4th degree charge in connecticut 3 years ago, received a conditional discharge, and was not required to register as an offender. If I move to florida, am I required to register under 98-02: Guidelines to Florida Sex Offender Laws?

Contact the local police department. A Florida attorney won't know how another state's law will be applied. A Connecticut attorney should know though.
