Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I plead no contest to a pety theft charge from halloween of last year. I am currently doing the Pre trail diversion program i noticed the other day that the store that was pressing the charges had gone out of business and i guess have been out of business for awhile. if i drop out of the PTD program that i am in what are the chances of the charges being dismissed or dropped?
