Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I want to know if I pleaded Nolo contendere can I say on a job application I have not been convicted of a crime?

Nolo contendre plea or guilty plea doesn't make a difference. Only if you got a withhold can you say that you have not been convicted.
