pleading the 5th ammendment
this case started out as a civil & is now a crimminal. i've already given several sworn statements, and given a depo for the civil. am i still required to give a depo for the crimminal part, or can i plead the 5th ammendment til we go to trial?

if you are subpoened you must appear unless you are the defendant- witnesses dont have a 45th amendment right unless they will be implicated in the crime
