Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
i pled no lo to family violence on a miner and felony child abuse was dropped to this misdemenor. i had never had a felony before this is affecting my employment chances is there anyway to exsponge this and get my firearm rights back

If you pled to a domestic related offense, even if it's been reduced to a misdemeanor, then you can never get it sealed or expunged. On the other hand, if and only if, you got a withhold of adjudication on the charge, you should be eligible to get your gun back.
