Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

my ( this was after he was placed in a pod and everything was done) well some co's came to him and asked him to folllow them so he did, and when he got inttergated they he got worried so he gave them 10 of the medicines he brought in with him ( he has a heart condition and he takes methadone as well ) well he took some in with him (but he made it through all the security checks and was doin ok) hes a very private person. well needless to say they got him on another charge introductiion of a controlled substance into a govt., facility, so his 30 day commit just got screwed , what my question is being that its a 3rd degree felony will he have to seve the full time? is there anything i can do to make sure he stays home ? felony probabtion ? we would like as his family for him to get drug treatment or rehab somehow do u think that is possible? he has 2 kids that will grow up without him and beleve it or not hes the bestest daddy ever they dont know what to do , i havnt even told them daddy might have to stay in there for awhile . god i hope not , i need ur help because what it all boiled down to was the had the wrong person with the same last name and derek ended up catching the charges for that little prick!!! i love derek so much and he was just scared marion county wouldnt give him his medications thats whay he took them in with him , his heart couldnt handle going though detox agian it almost stopped on him last time the day he got outta jail. please give me some good news i surely need it my life is falling apart!! i dont know what to do without the man of the house!!=-( please help lost in ocala park estates

He's got a lot going on. So much that your questions can't properly be answered on this forum. You need to set up an appt. with an attorney who will be able to go over the details and discuss what is best for him. One that practices in Marion county would be best.
