Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
police are accusing me of stealing money from my deposit
police are accusin me of stealin money from my deposit at work. im innocent. have to take a polygrph. im scared. if i fail can i be arrested? my employers have faith in me. one of the other employees failed the test and confessed but i will not confess as i am innocent. do i need a lawyer. isnt it true innocnt people can fail a polygraph. the amount is 1200 dollars. i dont know what happnd to it i just know i didnt take it. please help me.
