Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If you know that the police are coming to arrest you for a felony and you leave are you a fleeing felon, with no warrant issued? If the crime was committed in FL and your in another state and the police know can they get another state to arrest you or will it be a bench style warrant? If the crime is not violent is there a statue of limitation?
