Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Hello, i would like to know if the police crash into my car,can the state charge me with battery on a police officer with a vehicle. Are they allowed to say they were trying to stop me. Or do they have to prove that i crashed into the police car

Well there has to be an intent to run into the police officer/car. If you didn't have the intent, then you aren't guilty of battery on a police officer. However, they may try to prove it by whatever actions you took during the incident. Talk this over with an attorney in your area. Good luck.
