Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
A police man says I threatend him and I did not, he put me in jail for two days. The judge let me go because I suffer from depression and take meds. He side I had to take the meds and see my Dr. My guestion is what can become of this charge that is not true.

One of two things can happen. The state can decide to pursue the charge or they can drop the charges. Without more information it's hard to say. It would be best if you contact an attorney in your area.
