Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Can a police officer change or state change the reason for pulling me over from my taillight to brakelight on the police report I'f i was too supress the stop for all my taillights where working. Would it be illegal for the state or officer to switch taillight to brakelight cause there was a crack I'n the red reflector on the middle extra brake light an they noticed it at the motion to supress hearing
