Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
if a police officer fondles your car-keys for a few minutes, then puts them back into your pocket, then proceeds to charge you with having concealed handcuff keys,-in fla.] the handcuff keys were on the car-key ring at the time he was fondling them!
this person also happens to be a lic. security office in FLA. also at the time this happened. question is, would the police-officer be committing a crime, and could he be charged with crime for doing this to anyone?

It's not likely the cop would be charged with a crime, even if he committed one. You may sue him for a violation of your civil rights. Also, I doubt that any charges, such as those you described, are going to stick.
