Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
does a police officer have probable cause to come onto my property if I have a no trespassing sign posted and am firing a firearm on my property outside of city limits?

Of course there are exceptions but no he shouldn't have probable cause. However, that doesn't mean they aren't going to come on your property and "sort it out later". The no trespassing sign isn't relevant to a probable cause argument.
