Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
A Police Officer was working an off- duty detail at a bar he was in uniform and was using police car while working this detail he was was to assist security my question is can a police officer use police car and uniform at a bar is this legal

Yes they can use a police vehicle and be in uniform. It is usually contract between the bar and the officer to do security like that.
