Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
police raid
my cousin is worried whether he can be charged with a crime as he solicited sex on several occassions in a business used as a prostitution front. He even paid by credit card (3 yrs ago) and last ''visited a year ago. Can he be charged if the ''business'' is raided by the police?
