Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Police raided my house breaking doors in to serve a warrant with another person's name specifically looking for a methamphetamine lab and I was arrested before they realized their errors. Can this be beaten if I appeal?

You should have nothing to appeal, because it is very likely to be dismissed (of course assuming they had no probable cause for you for this actual charge, or any other charge that arose from this). Regardless of a strong or weak likelihood of dismissal, you need to talk to an attorney in your area immediately.
