Posession and paraphanalia
I recently was in Key West and got into a fight and got searched. When I did so the police found a pipe and a bag under 20 grams...both misdemeanors. I am looking into getting a lawyer and am wondering what I may be facing, what is likely, and whatabout the estimated cost for representation will be?

Probably probation and fine but your case should be looked at to see if the drugs can be suppressed. You can lose your driver's license on certain drug convictions now. The consequences are not as simple as they used to be for minor possession.
I would charge you $3,000.
