Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Poss. of cannibus less than 20 grams

With prior changes of the same charge but each being years apart from the previous charge will that be held against me in my pending case now & will I recieve any time or just a fine like the officer said?

Unfortunately all priors effect the outcome especially for the same crime. Pleaing guilty to that crime carries many potential consequences that you should talk to a lawyer about.This is not a traffic ticket you can be casual about.
