Possession Charge
What is the minimum and the most someone can do if they get charged with Possession of Cocaine with intent to sell within 1000 feet of a church?

That is a 30 year sentence and a minimum can't be determined without more info. Pls call my office is you need a lawyer.

Typically, possession of cocaine with intent to sell is a second degree felony punishable by up to 15 years in prison. With the enhancement for selling w/in a 1000 ft of a church, it is bumped up to a first degree felony, punishable by up to 30 years in prison.
