Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
possession, expunged?
I was arrested in Florida 11 years ago for possession of mdma(ecstacy) and Cannabis less than 20 grams. I was never convicted, adjudication of guilt was withheld. These charges are still on my record and have made it hard to find work. Can both charges be expunged and is this a process I can do without an attorney? I live in Montana now.
