Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Possession of marijuana under 20 for 3rd time. I saw my friend get a withhold twice. On the clerk website says sentenced?? Case still open. What could be happening ?

What does that mean? The case says still opened on the county clerk website. Could he have been jailed right then, or license suspended!

There has been no update in 5 days.

Ummm. You don't know if your friend went to jail? Why don't you ask him. There is no mandatory update to clerk's website. Sometimes things take weeks. Why don't you ask his attorney or call the clerk. How is anybody on here supposed to know.
