Post Conviction Release
My grandson was scared into an unjust plea. have proof of police misconduct, illegal searches, coaching witnesses etc, and gross negligence concerning his defense. He entered a plea of no contest in October of 2007. Police emptied their case load on him. His attorney refused to allow us to have the discovery until iy was too late to advise my grandson against the plea. Again, I have proof of all of this.

You are asking for a 3.850 motion. I would just warn you while they are frequently filed they are seldom successful. Any lawyer who tells you otherwise is just after your money.Good luck and call my office if you still want to give it a try.
