Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
postal mail
Is it illegal for someone to use my last name and home address for their return address? A person that stayed at my address over two years ago is now using my last name and my home address to mail letters to an inmate in jail. Is this illegal? And if so, what could this person be charged with?
