Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Posting Naked Pictures of Ex Girlfriends
I live in the state of Florida and my former girlfriend used to send me naked photos. Now I was thinking about putting those photos on one of those public access 18+ website. Is this illegal? I understand that it is morally bankrupt, but I want to know if I can face any legal ramifications.

Re: Posting Naked Pictures of Ex Girlfriends
No doubt your girlfriend intended those photos for you personally. Without a signed release from her you open yourself up to a variety of lawsuits by publishing the photos. There are claims for violating her right of privacy, possibly a right of privacy and several other possible claims. It would be a very unwise action for you to take.
