Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I was pregnant and addicted to zanax..i went to Alabama to visit my aunt and try to get clean..i went in early labor and they charged me with chemical endangerment of a child...i gave baby up for adoption to my aunt. She turned on me and now they are trying to give me 8 years. I went to rehab inpatient 8 months I'm working and passing a drug test every month help

I'm not sure what your question is but the first thing you should do is contact an attorney in the area where this happened and give them more details about this supposed violation. You can explain that just because someone wants to give you 8 years doesn't mean that that is what a judge or prosecutor would agree to.
