pregnant step daughter in jail while painting

step daughter is in jail for selling pills to an undercover cop she has three charges all are felonies thie is her first time ever in trouble with the law bond was sset for her at 150,000 she is pregnant and they are painting the jail it is causeing her to be extremely sick as well as not being good for the baby what can be done about getting the bond lowered her arraingment is set for another two weeks and she cant stay there while being pregnant and painting is going on

Medical issues almost never work as a means to have bond lowered. The prosecutors just argue that, if it were a problem, the medical personnel at the jail would be dealing with it.

Nevertheless, you should hire an attorney who can then get an expert witnss to testify at a bail-reduction hearing that the fumes will harm the baby and your step-daughter.
