Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Can you press charges on a man that threatened to put naked photos. Of you that he manipulated you to send him because you thought he was your bf , lied and said he was. Caused ou distress harrassment you and implied he doing that. Unless you do something or him. When I old him to delete them and tried. Numerous times. To tell hum that. He said I was harassing him but kept contacting(last word freak) me. And then said he is publishing them online with my name too ?
