Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Pretrial diversion
I was considering applying for a public service position at a local attraction. However, 4 years ago I was charged with public indecency. The judge allowed me to go to a pretrial diversion program which I completed and the charges were dropped. Will that affect any job that I might apply for that I need to provide fingerprints or a criminal history check for? Also will the employer see my arrest record and what I was arrested for?

Yes. Unless you have since moved to seal and/or expunge the file, the fact of the arrest and the resulting charges will probably show in your record. You can check by going to the Courthouse and requesting a copy of your record.
