Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
pre-trial diversion/no contact order
i was given pre-trial diversion for a domestic viloence case. the charges will be dropped when i complete this. does the no contact order automatically get lifted when the diversion is completed? thank you.

When the charges are dropped, the no-contact order goes away.
