In terms easy to understand, when discussing a case, what are the meanings of prima facie and undisputed material facts?

Prima facie is like the bare minimum required to go forward and undisputed material facts are facts of the case which have not been challenged by the opposing party.

prima facea just means that all the basic elements of the crime have been met. undisputed material facts means that there is no argument against the alleged facts in the report. i personally believe that anything can be disputed. my offices are in miami, give me a call, we can talk.
