Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Prior brain injury , another head injury and police questionin
I was in acciddent 1.5 years ago, severe TBI still have problems. I was in another accident, passenger thrown from vehicle, iwas busted uo but had seat belt on small cut on head . Questioned by ploice prior to ambualance to hospital. Aked to subit blood,supposedly consented. Is anything I say or do admissable as consent based on prior and current inbjuries?

No consent was not necessary because the police could force blood because of your injury.
