Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

prison inmate

my brother is in franklin correctional institute he was injured in 2001 he broke his neck and was completely paralized he is still concidered a parapalegic the prison he is in is for high risk inmates i want to know what i need to do to see about getting him moved to a medical ward or somthing by the way his charge is driving with no license

His charge is more than that or he wouldn't still be in prison.

His placement is entirely up to the Department of Corrections. If you feel he is improperly placed, you must speak with them.

You can contact the institution directly to find out how your brother is medically classified. He has no doubt been reviewed by the prison medical department already.
