Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I got out of prison with a 10 Probation Order. Florida Law requires that I pay a monthly fee of $40.00 toward Probation Supervision. I transferred my Probation to Texas to help take care of my mother. Texas Probation does not require the $40.00 monthly payment. Am I still required to pay the $40.00 monthly payment to Florida even though they are not supervising my Probation?

Yes, because you would be in violation of the Florida order of probation. Even if Texas charged you $100 month, you are only obligated to pay what Florida requires.
