Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Does the prison release reoffender act apply to a person whose previous crime was not a violent crime,but the new crime was & was committed within the 3 yr time frame of being released on another crime.

Need to know specifics of each crime, although generally it would but there are a lot of exceptions. I strongly suggest you contact an attorney in your area to find out for sure and give them more information so that they can answer properly.
