i just got out of prison last year and now i got another charge and it falls under the re offender act...its a 2nd degree so is it true its 15 yrs man

Yes, it is very possible. If the state decides to charge you as a prison releasee reoffender (PRR), then you face the maximum penalty and you get no gain time and must serve the full sentence.
