could a prisoner reopen case?
could a prisoner reopen a case, that was never brought to trial and he confess to his 24 crimes and plead guilty,wrote a confession letter and audio since day one. He as been in prison since Nov. 2006 and he wants to reopen his cases after he never took it to trial and to no jury either. could that happen?

I believe you asked this same question earlier today. The answers you will receive are the same. Only under rare circumstances can a plea bargains be reopened.
