private pay in america
what if a person already has a court order to obtain their own competency evaluation doctor?.In hospitals private pay people are not forced to see any Doctor . what if the defendant is not indigent and have e private pay lawyer ,and can afford a p. p. Dr. ?{Conflict of interest}?

If you have conflicting court orders, you must ask the judges for a clarification.
