Proabation
Is someone has a suspended sentence and get probation and have done 5 months on the probation and then violate but has been in jail for 5 months. Can he get the time on the street as credit for his probation?

It would be extremely rare. I've only seen it happen once in 20 years. Usually you can only get credit for the total time actually spent behind bars on the charge.
