can he get probabtion?
If the victim of the crime request for the supposed person who robbed him ,get probabtion can the state in florida give him probation for robbery with deadly weapon and battery on a person over 65?

It will be up to the judge. The victims request carries some weight but is not binding upon the judge or the state attorney. What really matters is how the defendant scores on the sentencing scoresheet. It is often difficult to get a judge to grant a significant downward departure from the recommended sentence, especially without the consent of the state attorney. The answer to your question is yes it is possible, but I really don't think it is likely.
