Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

probation ,court fees
hello, my fiance was put on 3 yrs probation , community service , and monthly payments for court costs of $108 . I mailed a money order for $110. last month. this was the first payment, when he went to his monthly checkin yesterday. they told him that it showed that he had only paid $67.00 . My question is what can we do to make sure that they record the right amount of money . and is there any way to have the restitution taken off due to financail inability to pay ? also they keep bouncing him around to different officers when he goes in is that how it's supposed to work because the little card you have to mail with the payment wants to you to put his po's name and if its different every time does that matter . also his appointment was at 8 AM and they called him back at 9:30 am . is that also just how the system works? thank you for your time . one more thing he was put on probation for driving while licence was revoked. we are in florida.

it sounds like the money figures are wrong because you are not aware of all the items he needs to pay. otherwise thats just the system.
