Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I am on probation for a DUI and a reckless (alcohol related). Two separate charges two different times. I got caught driving without a license and now have a VOP hearing in a month. I went to jail on the VOP warrant and am now out on house arrest. I am a student on college, have a job, and have no other criminal history (I know...the almost two DUI convictions are enough history though). I fulfilled all my other probation requirements. How likely is it he will revoke my probation instead of just prolong it? The judge gave me home confinement instead of no bond so just tell me realistically what will this judge say?

Every judge is different on how they sentence people. In my area (greater Tampa Bay), judges will likely give jail time. From 10 days to 30 days is not uncommon. Get yourself a good lawyer and it increases your chances that you stay out of jail. Good luck.
